Saturday And Sunday In the Park On Us

Tell us what beer tickles your fancy to win 2 tickets to the Great GoogaMooga

goog12_googadocpomuslogo_revSay it with us: GoogaMooga. Not only is this word ridiculously fun to say, but it is also the name of an awesome food, drink and music festival coming to Brooklyn’s Prospect Park May 19-20. If you haven't heard of this mind-boggling gathering of tastiness, let us enlighten you and hook you up.

Sponsored in part by Manhattan Beer Distributors, Captain Lawrence Brewing Company and Blue Moon, The Great GoogaMooga will transform Prospect Park into an amusement park of food and drink with approximately 75 food vendors, 27 breweries, 30 wineries and 17 live music performances. We think this event is not to be missed, so we're giving away 2 General Admission tickets to one lucky Pint reader this Monday!

All you have to do is check out the stellar list of breweries pouring at GoogaMooga below and tell us via Twitter or Facebook, which brew you'd make a beeline for first. Will it be Rodenbach's mouth-puckering Grand Cru, Captain Lawrence's hop-tastic Double IPA, or Googa Doc Pomus, the limited edition beer specifically created for the festival by Garrett Oliver and Brooklyn Brewery?

If you prefer a more VIP experience, tickets are still available for Extra Mooga which gives guests all-inclusive food and drink and special access to a wicked arrary of activities. There are more than 20 events per day including Anthony Bourdain on stage, James Murphy of LCD Soundsytem spinning, exclusive access to main stage shows headlined by Hall & Oates and The Roots. Beer lovers will enjoy tastings like Beer vs. Wine with Garrett Oliver and Paul Grieco, Mmmm Bacon & Beer with Oliver and Allan Benton and the ability to roam into the Beer Experience at General Admission.

Whether you win big or splurge on Extra Mooga, we're sure next weekend will be unforgettable. See you in the park!
